The Spark that Ignited the Journey
Our journey began with a TurboII in 2016. What started as a compromise from my "Dream FD" quickly transformed into an unwavering fascination with rotary engine Mazdas as a collective entity. This passion extended beyond just the iconic RX-7s to encompass other timeless rotary cars like FBs, REPUs, and other models that may have faded from memory.

Returns & Cancellation
How It Works
Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped out. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled for a full refund. We understand the importance of a timely cancellation process, and to facilitate this, we ship out products 5 business days from the date of order. This provides you with a window of opportunity to cancel your order hassle-free.
If you choose to expedite your shipping, please give us a call and if possible your product(s) will be shipped out the next day after the order is placed, and cancellation will not be available at that point.

Return Policy: At DPort Rotary, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you receive a defective product, we offer returns within 3 days of receipt, provided you can provide proof of the issue. We also offer troubleshooting services to assist you in diagnosing and resolving any potential issues before considering a return.
To initiate a return due to a defective product, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product, explaining the issue and providing photographic or video evidence.

Our team will assess the issue and provide guidance on the troubleshooting process, if applicable.

If the issue persists and a return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once we receive the defective product and confirm the issue, we will process your refund or replacement.
Please note that returns are only accepted for defective products with proof of issue. Returns for reasons other than defects are not available.
